They should change the name to South Beach Billing! Bald man at front desk NEVER follows up, (don’t remember his name). Not sure if it’s a sales tactic or poor service. He’s like a used car salesman. I went in for a teeth cleaning and my insurance was billed several thousand dollars. When I asked him about it, he played dumb. He didn’t have to try that hard. Full disclosure is not in their DNA.
Excellent dentist office. The dentist and staff are providing great service and it’s good to have a dentist that can clearly explain everything to you. Highly recommend going here for any dental work. Glad to have found him. What sets this place apart is the fact they will open up the schedule for you when you need help and are in pain, they will literally not take a lunch break to work on you. Thank you Dr Valls and the great team at South Beach for everything you guys do!
