My experience with South Loop dental group was great. Very attentive to my needs. Dr Flowers was excellent and explained everything before and after the dental procedure. I would have given a 5 rating, however the receptionist made my follow up appointment without inquiring whether I am available at that particular time she scheduled me for. I was right there. She could easily come right into the room and asked. I am not available at the time she scheduled and now have to go about changing the time. It may seem minor however it’s something that needs to corrected. Otherwise everything was stellar!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Flowers!!
