As other comments have said DO NOT trust this office. While they are friendly and nice unless you don't care about paying hundreds of dollars for something that they said would be covered. Do yourself a favor and do not visit this office. This is one of if not the first one star review I have done.

The doctor is great, but everything else about this location is horrible. I have been here twice a year for the last 3 years and had a problem the last 3 visits. From the hygienist’s hospitality and bedside manner, to the business not respecting my request to not contact me during my working hours, to the business cancelling my appointment not one time, but twice. All last minute. If the doctor is at another location I would love to see her there, but I will not be returning to this location.

Please please please check your explanation of benefits from this office. I have worked in dental insurance for 6 years and I am very aware of the slick things dental offices do to receive more money. I checked on Zocdoc when I originally made this appointment and was told they are in network with Guardian PPO. However, the day/time I requested on Zocdoc was not available so someone from the office reached out to reschedule and I then confirmed AGAIN Guardian PPO was an insurance they are in network with (I made sure to use the words “in-network” and not accepted because a lot of offices will straight up lie and know many people do not understand the difference between in network and accepted). Dental insurances (PPO) typically pay about $200 for a first time routine check up. So when I received my treatment plan via email I knew something was off. The fees looked as if they were the office’s fees. I called the office 5/15/23 once I received it and was told I would receive a call back.
