Had a great experience at Southern Dental Birmingham. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. Dr. Drayton Smith was very friendly and caring. During my dental filings appointment, it was completely painless. One aspect of this dentistry that stood out to me was the genuine care and compassion shown by the entire staff. They made sure I felt comfortable at all times, addressing any anxieties I had about dental procedures. I definitely will return again.
Had an amazing experience at my appointment with Dr Maddox. He was super easy to talk to and never made feel bad about my lack of dental care in the past his assistant Addie was super friendly and made sure I was comfortable with everything going on. all around awesome office. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing dentist.
Very friendly staff. Dr. Drayton Smith is a good doctor. Very concerned about his patients and caring while you are there. He puts you at ease.
