Everyone at SouthTowne Dental is very sweet and welcoming. Dr Adis is very forthcoming on next steps. Everything from getting an appointment to check out was easy and friendly
If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely horrible experience was recommended to this office through a Facebook page sent my husband to them for an extreme tooth ache and all they told him was to take ibuprofen. Nothing was done to help him and plus they charged $150 to be told to take ibuprofen. Not the tooth pulled or prescribed pain meds or antibiotics! Felt like a total scam! Then the office didn't want to answer my calls kept sending me to voicemails very unprofessional! After about the 7th call they finally answered! Wish I had never given this place a shot would have been better to go to the dental urgent care instead! At least they would have pulled the tooth and not said no I have to go to lunch!
Look no further!! Dr. Adis and his front staff are truly amazing and go out of their way to satisfy their patients! Glad to have them as our preferred family dentist!
