Spark Orthodontics of Bethlehem

Two of my kids got there braces taken off and there teeth are so beautiful! Everyone there are so nice and patient my one daughter had to be seen there many times cause she ate stuff she shouldn’t have and never did anyone show any type of attitude.

Very nice atmosphere but some staff have very poor customer service skills. Some of the staff is just plain rude...and I have few years to deal with this. Ughhh

When I first came here my review of course was 5 stars but now if I could give 0 I would. No one ever and I mean EVER answers the phone after being on hold for 30 minutes it is really ridiculous. I also mentioned to them that I was moving so I wouldn’t be doing anymore visits, so one of the staff I talked to told me I only had to make my last payment and then I would fill out a form to transfer to a new orthodontist. After this the team still proceeded to make appointments for me when I told them not to. I have called multiple times to get this handle and no one answers. I am now backed up on multiple payments because someone from their staff telling me the wrong information. I may have been a few days behind on my payments, but never months. I am not pleased with this company at all. It feels like they only care when you’re dropping more money on them. I have not been able to get in contact with any staff for months. When I call the people back there’s never an answer from the person
