Spark Orthodontics of Camp Hill

This place is horrible I wouldn’t recommend them at all. My daughter was going through the process to get braces they took months to send records. They send text to set up appointments and they never call to follow through and schedule. Something that should have only took a few months extended to a year because someone always drops the ball. Communication is horrible.

Horrible place. I’m fuming writing this, my daughter goes here and today we showed up for an appointment after waiting since December, not knowing they’d changed their policy regarding Covid and check-ins. We showed up on time, checked texts and emails for the regular check in link, nothing. Called the front desk and after being on hold for over 10 minutes the receptionist said we didn’t have to check in anymore and we could just go in. So I send her in and she sits there for 30 minutes just for them to say she can’t be seen because she missed the appointment by the ten minutes we were on hold with them. Now the only way for her to get seen this month is for me to miss work to pick her up from her university five hours away during finals which I don’t have the gas money for. They say they’re a bit behind today and there’s nothing they can do when they caused the issues in the first place.

Went in for a consult to transfer orthodontic services for my son due to a recent move. I made it clear both when I booked the appointment and when we spoke to the assistant upon arrival that it was important to me that the previous orthodontist was consulted for continuity of treatment plans and to ensure treatment wouldn’t be further delayed. When the doctor came into the room the first thing he said was “well I don’t normally speak to the transferring office, because well I know what I am doing.” What an incredibly arrogant thing to say. We walked.
