Spencer Dental

Spencer Dental is very unprofessional my child had an appointment this morning I went all the way up there just to be told a doctor is not there today. I didn't receive a phone call or nothing. But this is not the first time we haven't been seen a time prior to this we went to the Spencer Dental they were so behind that day I sat for an hour until I just had to leave I could no longer wait on them this is terrible and very bad for business. I gave 1 Star doesn't even deserve 1 Star

This location needs to be shutdown ASAP. 1 my daughter only saw Ortho 3 for 2022 due to rescheduling and short staff. During her extraction of her wisdom teeth there was no compassion for her anxiety and she made it to the lobby hollering they were hurting her after they administered the gas. They never did x-rays on my son with an oral injury due to his Autism. 3. After placing several complaints with corporate the office manager called gave my son an 8AM appointment so it would be easy for him and he wasn't supposed to be waiting for long needless to say I left at 9:15 because he was left sitting in a treatment chair and no one had done anything. There were people who had been there since 745AM and they didn't even cut the back lights on until 805 M and didn't call people to the back until 815AM. If 0 stars was an option I would have definitely given this. My son had an appointment scheduled for 11 am I was late due to traffic so we were unable to be seen. They asked us to come back at 3:15 I agreed. After waiting for 30 minutes we were called back. An hour and 40 minutes later I started looking around and the receptionist told me they only had 1 doctor and my son still had 2 patients before him. Why did I spend my entire Friday going back and forth to Spencer Dental and sat there for hours for my son to not get treatment??!!! This is the worse experience ever!! Don’t waste your entire Friday like I did. Keep it moving!!
