I just wanna thank Aunoste/DA,Dr.Ahmed an Jay Ceeper/Da on the patience an great work they did on my girls mouth today I appreciate yall

Hypothetically this would be a convenient location to get pediatric dental care because they allow you to make Saturday appointments, however they frequently don't keep them. They have canceled twice on me because they failed to contact me for a confirmation that I intended to keep the appointment I had made and once because the dentist decided he wanted a long weekend. All 3 times I only learned of the cancelation once I had arrived at the office for the scheduled appointment. I was informed by a note on the door when the dentist didn't want to keep the appointments and by office staff who couldn't correct their failure to contact errors because the contact should be being made by a call center out of state. So there is no one in house to take responsibility and correct the mistake so that cancelations like this don't happen in the future.

I only gave a 1 star just to post but if I could give no stars I would, this place is the worse colonial heights va please avoid. First off I went there for a root canal for both sides but was asked which side did I want first and to do the other side another day. After days of pain I learned that I had two on the same side when I went back to get it checked for pain when that was not the plan so basically she did extra work to charge my insurance (DR. PATEL!!) very nasty attitude didn’t have any patient engagement what so ever just unprofessional along with her rude little dental assistant who does not have any answers to any questions that I asked her but I will be going further with this issue because I was not treated as a patient more so a person who was bothering them and getting on their nerves
