Great staff! They explain everything to you step by step. I have always hated the dentist, but they made me feel at ease and made me feel like it was possible to reach my goals for my teeth. I will definitely be returning!

Poor customer service. I would give them a 0 out of 1-10 I had an appointment back in early spring my appointment was just cleaning and X-rays and I was there almost 4 hours. The staff didn’t know anything. They mumbled when they spoke and I couldn’t understand any of them. Like they didn’t know what they were doing. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours before they called me back and the rest took 1 hour and 45 mins. I thought would give them a 2nd chance because they could of been busy. I made my son an appointment at the end of mine. I have insurance and never was told what the out of pocket was. When calling their number it directed me to California and I spoke to a Raquel. She couldn’t tell me if my insurance was approved or not or if they took 2nd insurances. I called day of appointment spoke to Kaylee she couldn’t answer my questions so I asked to speak office manager spoken to Shawdra. She went over my concerns and I wanted to make sure my son was coming in for a cleaning before hand

After issues with aspen dental I called springdale modern and was able to get an emergency appointment immediately. Everyone was so helpful and we will make this our new dentist!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMEEND
