Tyesha was an amazing dental assistant and amazing at her job and she was so friendly and energetic and my dentist was also amazing at his job too and he was kind and gentle and friendly and they made sure that I wasn't in any pain I would highly recommend them

This place is a joke. My partner and I wanted to go here to support a local business instead of Aspen Dental, where we've gone the last 4 years. Terrible idea. They schedule you for an appointment and forget about it. They take your insurance info but lose it. They tell you they'll call you back, but never do, and they have no idea what you're doing when you get back. I think they're overall well-meaning, but it's really a mess. We each had some minor restorative work done (so each of us had a couple of appointments), but every single visit to this office was just a head-scratcher. I don't know how they make money or keep customers lol. I'm not expecting them to roll out the red carpet, really, just to literally understand the basics of business and customer service...but they are not equipped to do so.
