I had a root canal with them that I thought went well...only to have it need a re-treatment six months later. When I finally sat down for it, they inform me that my insurance may not cover it and that I should reschedule. A month (and two infections!) later, they call me the day before the re-treatment to let me know it is in fact NOT going to be covered because their provider doing the work is not covered and their other provider that is covered "doesn't do re-treatments." WHAT?! I should have been told of this WHEN I went to make the appointments--not in the actual chair and the day before. They are actively (whether it's due to negligence, ignorance, or malfeasance I am not sure) baiting and switching their patients and causing undue stress and health issues in the process. I hope they tighten their operations and realize that THEY should be the insurance experts and looking out for their patients. Shame on them and this practice.

We just left the office after my girlfriend was given a root canal. We paid out of pocket. I ask them of the $2k for the procedure was the final price for everything. They told us yes. We went in, had the root canal and after the fact, they then tell us now we have to go back to our general dentist to either have a permanent filling or a crown put on. When I asked final price, I should have been told that it only includes a root canal and a temp filling. That's the entire reason I asked. I was under the impression the root canal and filling were included int he price. When I asked why we were not told about this, their response was "it's in the documents you signed". Of course it is, they always hide the extra costs in the "documents". I then said, well, don't you think we should have been verbally explained this when I asked if $2000 covers everything? I feel this place mislead us and that's bad business. They did good work, we think, but they also charge more than most places. I wil

Be wary of the 5 star reviews. They will cancel your appointment if you hesitate to pay for uncovered expensive tests & procedures before you even get to see a doctor. Extremely understaffed, they will wait until the last minute to verify insurance coverage. They are not patient-centric. They go out of their way to take advantage of patients, and pressure them to pay more. I was denied care, and was told to "look for a different provider" when I hesitated to pay for an unnecessary x-ray, when I explained to the front desk I prefer to send over my main dentist's x-rays. You'll get treated poorly, coldly just for expressing hesitation
