From Ruby who is on the front desk to all the girls who work there, they have that part covered real good. Ruby went above and beyond what she probably had to do and as a result we let them do the work on us that was required. Dr. ortiz is from NYC ( wall st. area) and uses the latest equipment inclucing the surround scan that sees it all. His work it top of the line. We will always use him in the future.

Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. I needed to have a root canal done on one of my molars. I've never had to have a procedure like this before and all I've heard is such horrible things about root canals. Dr. Ortiz was amazing and so kind. He knew I was nervous and he explained everything. His staff was amazingly sweet and kind. I have nothing but great praises for him and his staff. I had ZERO pain during my procedure. I cannot thank them enough.

I am a snowbird, and after going to 3 dentists in this area and one Endodontist for an infection in a old root canal, that some of these said it should be extracted , i got recommended and an appointment made here. The office was very laid out and spotless. The staff were very friendly and all very professional. Long story short, I had Dr Elsie Sierra look at my X-rays and explain to me that she could do an Apicoectomy procedure to save the tooth. She was very Sweet and Professional and I was ecstatic with her gentleness and determination to the best of her Ability. I highly recommend this Dentistry.
