08/01/2023 To begin with the lady behind the counter is very rude. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to get there. Was told the doctor's not going to do the procedure, Because I had a slice of cheese at 1 a m. First young lady I spoke with said no food or drink 8 hours prior to procedure. The website says 6 hours. When I get there they told me no food to drink after twelve am. Turned me away. I can write a whole another post about the lady behind the Window.

They don’t even deserve one star in my opinion. We waited an hour for the doctor to show up. My son had his wisdom teeth extracted and they rushed him out the door as soon as the surgery was over. No assistance from the staff with my 6’4” teenage son who couldn’t even stand up straight. He wasn’t even fully awake. Compassion goes a long way and these people are seriously lacking in that department. From the receptionists to the doctor, just a bad experience overall. Definitely do not recommend!

I first went to st lukes about 5 years ago and I had a great experience. I recommended so many people for extractions and what not .... I went back for an appt yesterday oh how things changed!! I'm sorry I recommended family and friends my experience was terrible!! First went for a consultation which was literly 2 minutes... what is that?!? They would not even make my appt until it cleared with my insurance, after a month of waiting no phone call u call them to find out they never even sent it to my insurance to get approved! Waited 2 months between my consultation and appointment. So I go to my appt wait an hour and fifteen minutes after my my appt time until I went back. I go back and the blonde nurse(didnt catch her name) was very ignorant , which made me uneasy, then the doctor comes in and he has the same tone an ignorance as this nurse. So they tell me I'll feel a pinch where the i.v was going in , it was more than a pinch I've had i.v.s before they didn't hurt like that and tol
