Stellar Dental Care

I had a young man named Louis clean my teeth and he was so gentle and kind…a good spirit. It is so refreshing to be around people who actually want to work and enjoy their job as well as take a genuine interest in those they are servicing!

DO NOT come to this office for Invisalign. I started Invisalign and at the beginning it was a challenge even getting someone to return a call to schedule an appt. During the past 10 months the office cancelled 3 appts; 2 the day of and 1 while I was already on the way to the office (25 minutes into a 35 minute drive). In fairness, I also had to cancel and reschedule an appt due to work. The orthotics are supposed to be changed every 2 weeks; it has now been 4 months with the same orthotic due to the impressions being rejected and them cancelling an appt and not being to reschedule for weeks. Since I started wearing the orthotics, I have called the office for info/concerns (as per the Drs instructions) and NOT ONCE did I receive a callback. I 100% understand that emergencies happen and appointments need to be changed. My biggest problem is that I spoke with someone, told them that my mouth/tongue are being cut by the orthotics (bc they have been worn for 3 1/2 months longer than they

Today I went to the Dentist (Stellar) for the first time in 8 years. Because my wisdom teeth are starting to bother me a little bit. Due to Anxiety I was afraid to go over the years. When I scheduled the appointment around the end of January they told me the next available appointment was March 16th but I received a call a few days after scheduling that their is an opening the next day so i took it! As soon as I walked in the 3 Front Desk Ladies were super nice and helpful. I only waited a few minutes before I got called back by Nelly who was the hygienist. She had such a big smile on her face and was super Welcoming. She did my x rays right away and was very thorough and explained everything step by step which made me super comfortable. After that she brought me into the room to finish a few other x-rays and do my cleaning. She also recommended getting fluoride put on my teeth for only an extra $20 to help protect from Acidic foods and coffee ( which I drink daily) haha. She was ex
