Dr. Jones with Invisalign is really nice but does not listen to patients. I originally had 35 aligners in my Invisalign plan and by aligner #16 I could tell that the aligners were not grabbing on to one of my back teeth and were pinching me and weren't moving the tooth. I made an appointment with him to rescan and have an attachment added to that tooth. He looked and told me there was no issue and it would be fine, he wasn't going to rescan and recommended I get some wax to help with the pinching. I brought this issue up at every following appointment after that point and was ignored every time. When I finished the original 35 aligners and asked for more to fix it, the rescan determined that I need 23 more to fix that tooth. I am beyond disappointed and wish they just listened to me from the get go and I would be done by now. Now there's no guarantee everything will be fixed before my wedding in October. I highly do not recommend.

My experience with Dr. Jones at Suburban Orthodontics has been amazing! I have been working with him for about two years and he has given me exactly what I want so far. Dr. Jones is attentive to detail and really tries to understand all of my concerns. He is super accommodating with me and all of my frequent traveling. Dr. Jones is super friendly and easy to talk to regarding treatment. I highly recommend and will bring my children here in the future!

I had a great experience working with Dr. Jones and his team for the past 2 years. Scheduling was easy for appointments . I was in and out of the office within a 30 minute time period for majority of the treatments. I recommend to anyone at any age that want to get their teeth taken care of to reach out to Dr. Jones and his team.
