I was so scared. I haven't seen a dentist in years. Now my mouth is a mess. I was crying when they started the procedure! BUT This Dental Center was so kind, understanding, Professional, and paiteint with me and my needs. I now look forward to getting the remainder of the work done here. Today I got 2 extraction... Next is a Root Canal...

Went there today for an appointment. It was my first time going to this Summit Dental. First Impressions matter to me, so I was intrigued when I stepped inside. Nice waiting area, cool AC, a kids area to play and very kind staff to help with any questions. From the first step I took inside to the last one, I was impressed with this Dental Center. It made me feel at home to be honest. I recommend coming to this dental center. If I had a great experience, I'm sure anyone can.

I arrived for my first visit appointment and was told that the dentist canceled his appointments for the day. Front desk was unapologetic and said they had attempted to call me. They did not have the correct number, nor did they verify it when I made the appointment. A new appointment was not offered and if it were I would not have accepted it due to the front desk's uncaring, unfriendly tone of voice. The facility did not appear clean inside or out. This office could benefit from customer service training. Having this experience with a large dental practice has convinced me to return to a private dental practice.
