Dr. Hales took his time to explain everything and provide options. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I was very pleased with the outcome. The staff was professional and courteous. I highly recommend him. Listening to him sing my favorite song from the Eagles was a bonus. LOL

I am super pleased and impressed! Friendly and professional office, staff and Doctor. Root canal with no pain. Dawn was the first and last person I spoke with and was awesome! Was able to get me scheduled the same day. Dr. Hales and his assistant Tara were also wonderful to deal with. You feel like family or old friends immediately with this group. Dr. Hales is amazing. I had a tooth suddenly get severely abscessed and painful and he responded to my call on a Sunday and called in a prescription that day which helped turned it around. Then I had two root canals done in the same visit. I was very nervous as these were my first time getting root canals. Dr. Hales and his staff put me at ease and the procedure wasn’t painful at all. Dr Hales is highly skilled and proficient and the staff are super helpful and communicative. The atmosphere was clean, warm, cheerful and even festive - if you have to get a root canal- it was the best possible experience. Ten out of ten.
