*EDIT* My review jumps to 3 stars from 1, but that is only because of Shea and her willingness to step in and fix the issue noted below. She deserves all the praise... well done, Shea! I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this business over the last 6 weeks...and I had been going here since 2019. They've apparently "misplaced" INVISALIGN trays, to which I'd paid hundreds of dollars for. I've had to follow up via phone 8-10 times (literally) and still don't have a resolution. The last call just a few minutes ago, the office manager essentially called me a liar, but in a sweet voice so you know...that makes it okay. ???? ???? Avoid this location at all costs. Seriously.
Everyone is super nice and friendly; explaining as they go about their work. Was never uncomfortable or in pain - was on time (early even!), efficient, and helpful! Glad I found them!
She was fabulous!! She two mi uses to pull my tooth! Excited beyond words. Staff was excellent and super nice!! Great job!
