*EDIT* My review jumps to 3 stars from 1, but that is only because of Shea and her willingness to step in and fix the issue noted below. She deserves all the praise... well done, Shea! I've had an absolutely terrible experience with this business over the last 6 weeks...and I had been going here since 2019. They've apparently "misplaced" INVISALIGN trays, to which I'd paid hundreds of dollars for. I've had to follow up via phone 8-10 times (literally) and still don't have a resolution. The last call just a few minutes ago, the office manager essentially called me a liar, but in a sweet voice so you know...that makes it okay. ???? ???? Avoid this location at all costs. Seriously.

We had a terrible experience back in 2021– staff was super pushy so we decided we would never go back. Now we have just received a bill from that cleaning almost 2 years ago. My husband and I were seen the same day with the same insurance and his was filed appropriately and paid for but they didn’t file mine until 2023 so insurance won’t pay and they are now making this our issue— claiming we must pay for a mistake they made. Which after looking at other reviews, this seems to be a habit of theirs. The staff I’ve been in contact with about this has been extremely rude and defensive rather than actually trying to fix anything.

Outright trash facility. Like other reviews, cold calling me YEARS after one appointment to try and bill me as well as make threats about collections services. Arrogant as well as ignorant admin worker could not explain anything when questioned except that "we filed our claims too late and insurance denied." Checked with insurance.......no claims filed. Goes on to make an accusatory statement that I "did not contact my insurance and that I just do not want to pay my bill", BUT I called back you back several times to try and square it away before being hung up on! Makes sense? People, do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage facility and always advocate for yourself.
