If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars. First of, if your kid needs a general cleaning you will be fine I guess. But when it comes to any procedure this places is HORRIBLE! Their is always an excuse of why things need to be reschedule or not happening. Today’s lazy excuse to not do a filling was that my 7year old was crying. Are you kidding me ? Of course my 7year old is crying she doesn’t know what’s going on. If the dentist doesn’t know how to work with kids or like kids just say that! I am beyond fed up with this place since 2021 ! I will be looking for a better dentistry.
I will never bring my children here again! The office staff was good but the DENTIST was rude and unprofessional! She showed no remorse on how rough she handled my 4 year old daughter saying in rude tone “ OPEN YOUR MOUTH” . Do not go to this place
What are yall doing over there? You have one hygienist to run the whole office? I've had over 8 appts canceled and rescheduled because yall have one hygienist? How is that fair to her or your customers?
