I love Swish. They’re always super professional, communicate very well. They’re flexible and tech savvy. I started only doing Invisalign here, but I brought my routine dental work here as well. Highly recommend

Scam / Non-Existent Dentist I went here for over a year. At first, my experience was very good. I rarely saw the dentist, but the two dental hygienist that I would often see were great. As time went by, both of the good dental hygienists left to join their other location and I would only see another dental hygienist who was clearly overworked and did not do a good job. The dentists at this location like to sit in the back and show up to say hi for 5 minutes once every 3-4 visits. I never been to a dentist office where the dentists were so lazy. On my last visit, the overworked dental hygienist attempted to give me a free teeth whitening, but left me unattended for 20 minutes as the bleaching agent did it’s thing. Unfortunately for me the bleaching agent got into my gums and the dental hygienist was no where to be seen. All this time the dentist was no where to be found. I had to scream to get anyone’s attention but by then it was already too late and my gums were burned. If you want to

I went in for a new patient appointment today and highly recommend this office! Appointment: I got x-rays, high tech scans of my teeth, teeth/gums/jaw all looked at individually, SUPER comprehensive cleaning, oral cancer screening, etc. They showed me all the x-rays and imaging, and explained everything to me. Pros: - Everyone was friendly and professional. I felt at ease. - All of my concerns were addressed (stains on teeth, jaw popping/locking, overcrowding teeth, etc.). The Dr. explained which of my concerns should be addressed now, which should be monitored and when it might warrant treatment, and which concerns should not worry me. They were clearly not trying to convince me to get any unnecessary dental work. - They did a wonderful job explaining what they were doing and why they were doing it. - Transparent pricing. Cons: - will update if I have any in the future, really great experience!
