Syracuse Dentist - Smiles By Design

My first appointment consisted of x-rays, photos, questions about my own perception of my “smile”, and the best and most patient dental cleaning of my life by Jessica. Over the decades I have come to expect some discomfort with poking, prodding, scraping, flossing, etc. Not this time. I mentioned it to Jessica and she explained that she is provided with appointment lengths that allow her to take her time. What? I haven’t heard that in the last ten years, anywhere. The doctor arrived and gave me an exam, she was thoughtful and thorough. We ended the visit with a discussion around a table for some future dental work I had inquired about, complete with cost estimates. This office does not participate with my insurance and that is literally my only disappointment. Great job, Smiles by Design!

Due to a prior bad experience with a different distance I was left with a huge fear of the dentist so I did not go for a very, very long time. I wanted to get over this fear. I was terrified making the initial appointment and going to it very recentlu. Each member of the staff was so incredibly gentle, reassuring, and empowering. Just had my work completed and am so glad I did it. This practice is incredible with staff that really care about their patients and they do incredible work.

The entire staff at Smiles by Design is professional and friendly from the moment you walk in. From routine cleanings, to Invisalign braces, and more complex procedures like implants, they work seamlessly together to deliver an A+ patient experience! Dr. Stetz is highly skilled and unfailingly caring and kind. As a patient who has unreasonable anxiety about going to the dentist, Smiles by Design has made a huge difference for me!
