Tampa Bay EndoCare; Bamiduro Oguntebi, DDS

I was in need of an urgent root canal and was very welcomed by staff the second I walked in. I had been having such an issue finding a place that would do the procedure for me considering how booked offices are at this time. Everyone was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable. The entire procedure was fairly quick and absolutely painless. They gave me multiple breaks and made sure the entire time that I felt comfortable and faced no pain. I’m so thankful and happy this experience was great and highly recommend this place. I was left with no pain after the procedure as well!

My experience here was way above my expectations!! For as traumatizing as you'd think it would be, it was no where near! The office staff are incredible and more than on top of what they're doing. Everything was extremely fluid and the staff was exceptionally reassuring. Anna at the front desk is just as efficient and kind hearted as her fabulous style! Dr. O is nice and very to the point, the dental assistant kris who has worked with him from the 90's was so sweet and very informative and everyone worked extremely well with each other! Great crew, beautiful office space, and fantastic work!

their dental work is fine. Their patient service is sub par. At my second appointment now where I have to wait an hour after my appointment to even be called back. The first excuse given was traffic. The second excuse was something about a surgery. They make sure to have signs up saying they will cancel you if you are late. They make you sign a paper saying you miss an appointment and you can never come back. So to summarize, their time is important. Yours isn’t. You are powerless and must wait until they feel like getting to you.
