Dr. Redd, Denise and entire staff are by far the BEST in Tampa. Dr. Redd’s communication, focus, and dental work is outstanding, far surpassing all dentists in tampa. The office staff is amazing, kind and helpful. He has top technology, to address dental work perfectly in one visit. I’ve had six Dentists in Tampa, and all pale in comparison to Redd’s team. I love y’all!!
Wonderful dentist! Very knowledgeable and confident. Went in for a second opinion, and it was free of charge. No BS. Glad to have Dr. Redd as my new dentist. The staff was very polite and treated me like family.
Set up an appointment to see this dentist for a crown replacement. Arrived 15 minutes early to the appointment only to be told "the doctor is ill today, he can reschedule for tomorrow." When I texted said doctor (using the term doctor very loosely), "hello sir, very much not a happy camper. I took time off work today to be present for this appointment," Hi response was, "I apologize, but I can't help that I am ill." To which I responded, "Not many people can help that. Doesn't reflect well for a policy that dictates fees for canceling appointments," to which his response was, "You need to find an appointment in another office." Based on this experience, I find the other claims of this doctor's unprofessional behavior to be accurate and true. Beware. Businesses that incite anger in their customers then try to use that against them [their customer] in defense of their [ the businesses'] poor behavior should be avoided. Final note: Why couldn’t this doctor inform me well prior to the 10:3
