If you have a Dental Emergency please don’t consider this dentist office at all! From the time I stepped foot in this establishment it was horrible! The lady who checks you in was very unprofessional, her attitude was horrible, and face was frowned up at each & every client that walked in. They had my child down for a cleaning when I was there for something very serious. Each and every staff member made it obvious that they all need to be retrained & micromanaged. They don’t understand how important dental work is, they don’t explain anything, and they give you misleading information. I left there and knew I needed to get a second opinion, I’m thankful I did because something that was going to take them months, and lots of money to take care of…another dentist was able to take care of the same day, within a hour????????‼️If you need a good dentist this place is definitely a joke. I felt I needed to cancel the appointment as soon as I stepped in the office, but for the sake of my child

I don't understand why people are giving them 1 starts , only because they don't like how they treat the customers according to them , okay must places in baton rouge treat the customers bad, but this location by government street were nice to me, they explain what was going on and I told the doctor if she could pulled my tooth out and she did , she did a good job also! People don't be so hard on them , they are trying their best to help all of us! The girl at the front desk is very nice ???? so definitely I will go back here ???? they were fast also ! I got my tooth pulled the same day , I really appreciate the doctor for doing it ....
