Popp Dental empowers my young 4 year olds and ensures that they are very comfortable with their care. They are constantly smiling and happy through the visit. The staff also knows how to get them in and out super quick which is a big plus for me! My experience there has always been breezy and I no longer dread the dentist visits for them. Excellent work!

My 6-year-old daughter is non-verbal with Autism. Dentist visits are usually nightmare experiences for my daughter. We are new to the Chattanooga/Cleveland area, and Team Popp came highly recommended from other Autism families. Dr. Colton Popp and his team were absolutely amazing. They were kind, patient, welcoming, and extremely competent. Not only were they actually able to check my child's teeth without causing her to have a meltdown- they actually had her laughing and signing for "more" teeth brushing. I will only be using this practice for my daughter from here on out, and I would highly recommend them to any other family with a special needs child.

We went to this dental office for two years. We always showed up to appointments without incident and the team was friendly with my daughter. Today I had a call for an appointment confirmation. In two years, this is the first appointment I’ve forgotten about and needed to reschedule because I have to work. She told me that we can’t reschedule because there’s no availability and I would have to call back at the beginning of the year. Excuse me? How do you not have availability for a cleaning for a patient that you have had for two years? I would have had no issue with her saying it might be a couple of weeks or a month because we are really packed on the schedule but not being able to reschedule at all? At that point, someone has overbooked your office and done something wrong. Period. I called another pediatric dentist in the area with a better rating and was able to get booked for a day that I already had off next week. They also wouldn’t provide me with her patient records when I ask
