I needed to cancel a follow up appointment, I called but was on hold for 20 min. (fine) so I walked I to the location to cancel in person five days before the appointment. Later, I was charged $100 because I was a “no show.” I requested they look at the video footage at the time I arrived to cancel my appointment and it was denied. Basically, they are accusing me of lying and management has refused to correct the matter. I’ll be contesting this payment with my bank and will never go here again. This company stole from me and they’ll do it to you.

The space was very modern and clean. i was greeted with a smile at the desk, check in was quick, and i got an adorable tooth brushing kit. the cleaning was so thorough and left feeling so good! the tv on the ceiling while my hygienist was working was such a great touch-i got to watch one of my favorite shows! will absolutely be back.

The care that Leo provided me during my whole appointment was great. He shared step by step instructions on what to expect and did just a good job at making sure I’m comfortable with everything every step of the way. It was such a good experience.
