Very disappointing and unhappy with this office. The front office personnel never returns your call. I waited over three weeks and had to call multiple times to find answers for my questions. I was continually told how busy they were which tells me that there customers are not their priority. The same staff member is very unprofessional with talking over me, being argumentative and even hung up on me. I will not return to this office nor spend my money there. I will be sure to share this information with our referring physician, our insurance provider and others. This is unacceptable.

UNABLE TO COMPLETE treatment due to start of Covid-19. Hear nothing from the office; pre-paid over $1000.00 but only one quadrant was addressed. Hoping to hear from them as this goes public. PLEASE.

Have had some pretty extensive history with dental work. Came in with a rotten situation that would affect my smile and health negatively. I had written out a page of questions for them. Dr. Monique Flynn came in and was very direct with the necessity and urgency of the plan of care. She laid out the options and her confidence helped me feel more comfortable. So helpful. I’m not finished with my process yet but her and Jon are incredible. I am so grateful to have been referred to them.
