The Chicago Dental Studio, West Loop

I will NOT recommend this place to anyone, and I have filed formal compliant to the State Professional Regulation about their bad practice. 1, Prior to any procedure, I explicitly communicated my concern about treatments covered by my insurance policy and made it very clear that I would not perform any procedure that's not covered. I was assured by their staff that all dental procedures were necessary and would be covered by insurance. 2, Unnecessary Procedure: I subsequently underwent the procedure based on the assurance that it would be covered by my insurance. However, I later received their letter stating that the procedure was denied by insurance due to insufficient documentation. The insurance has twice determined the medical unnecessary based on all things the dental studio provided! 3, Having been through an unnecessary dental procedure is painful, but what The Chicago Dental Studio put me through afterwards is even more painful. Everyone was amazing, from check-in to check out. Very friendly staff, great job by hygienist, and Dentist was very thorough with explaining an issue we encountered. Overall a great experience.

I’ve had nothing but pleasant experiences with Dr. Bosch. I went and had my implant placed today and I was extremely nervous , but he and his staff calmed my nerves and everything went smooth. No pain, a little swelling to be expected. The wound site looks great. Dr. Bosch has created a dental plan for my teeth and they have never looked better. I just do everything he tells me and I continually get compliments on my teeth. ????
