Dishonest. "Dr." Michelle intentionally withheld information from me, and lied right to my face multiple times in an effort to upsell me the most expensive option possible. I was told it was my only other option, and there was nothing else, WHICH WAS COMPLETELY FALSE. After failing to scam me that way, these people go forward with the procedure and send me on my way, all smiles. In a follow-up appointment I brought up some concerns about problems I was already experiencing and the "dentist" had a well-rehearsed list of excuses ready, and tried to convince me that the problems I was having were my fault. I left with a very suspicious feeling, and finally did my homework, and got some professional opinions elsewhere. I found out about the other options available, contrary to lies Dental Express told me, and on top of that, I learned that the product this place used was only intended to be used on a TEMPORARY basis, which was absolutely not what Dental Express told me. That's why I started looking another dentist for me and for my 14th years old son .. Wow we really happy to found you. My son came home after his teeth cleaner, he was very happy happy ... Without pain and job done WELL.... Clinic was very clean , staff and doctors very friendly patient nice and professional ...Technology is much much higher than at the Western Dental or somewhere else...Communication with patients and filling out paperwork on tablet was very easy.... X-Ray taking without pain or hurting..... I mean everything's was great... Make sure you don't pay them a dime until you check what your insurance covers. It's been 3 days of me asking for a refund since I saw on my insurance portal that they covered almost everything. They also never sent me a payment receipt after asking several times. Today, the manager said he was going to process my refund and send me an email. No email again. I will be reporting them to the business bureau and taking legal action unless they refund me and send me proof. I'm sure I'm not the first person they have lied to about service fees to literally steal people's money.
