Dr. Cyndy Nguyen removed all my 4 wisdom teeth back in 2020 and the experience was so great I told my husband that he had to go to this practice for his wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Katina and nurse Maranda took such good care of my husband for his removal. His case was a bit more complicated but they made sure to go over the extra instructions with me. The front desk receptionist Nisha was so funny and nice as well. Thank you ladies!

IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN, DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. My 13 year old son was scheduled for today 12/06/2023 . He was given Valium to take before his surgery one hour before . We go in and we are told that “ he doesn’t have an appointment scheduled “ . Why would I take off from work …. Leave my child home from school & give him Valium just to drive to a dental office for surgery? This appointment was made weeks ago. I had to take off of work. I’m a single parent! The surgeon Dr. Katina Nguyen refused to give me 5 min of her time to even apologize. She refused to talk to me. We felt so abandoned. As a healthcare professional (a surgeon), Dr. Katina should treat people with more respect. Thank goodness for another surgeon who I contacted. That surgeon’s name is blasted all over these reviews but she is no longer with this gross company. I contacted that surgeon and she felt so bad for my situation and took my son in today The dental specialty center is so disgusting & I regret trusting Dr. Ka

I had a scheduled appointment on January 15th at 9:00AM. We arrived 30 minutes early and received a call that the doctor was unable to perform my surgery due to an emergency. I was understanding and rescheduled for an appointment on January 17th at 6:00AM. However, when I arrived, there was no one there. It is beyond frustrating that they scheduled me for an appointment when they weren't even open yet. The office contacted me and apologized kindly for the inconvenience. We rescheduled, and the surgery went well. Everyone was very helpful. scheduling practices and respect their patients' time. As a student and full-time worker, this experience wasted a significant amount of my valuable time. I would strongly advise against seeking dental services from this unprofessional establishment. Update - The office contacted me and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. We rescheduled and the surgery went well. Everyone was very helpful.
