I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit yesterday. Firstly, the nurse hurt my mouth when she was holding her tools too hard, and instead of apologizing she kept saying I had a small mouth. Secondly, the same nurse hurt my ears when she was taking the x-ray protective clothing off me. Lastly, my corners of the mouth were broken after the visit. I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed with the overall experience.
Had to get an implant started today. Probably the best service I’ve ever received at any establishment. Friendly, quick, and super effective. I would love to thank Dr. John Powe, Michael Mann, and company for making this the best experience. Thank you so much. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortability and great dental work.
The staff at Mercy was great. They took me in for an emergency wire snapping, fixed it in no time and handled me with care
