My husband has been waiting 5 months for his permanent dentures to be made and given to him. The office has been paid in full since the day of his upper teeth extractions. He was told roughly 6 weeks of wearing the temporary dentures. It's now 5 months and 12 appointments later and he's still walking around with the uncomfortable, unappealing temporary ones. The doctor says he won't even start making top permanents until my husband has his bottom teeth extracted. #1, we offered to do them ALL at once but doctor said no. #2, after all this hassle we have no plans to come back here for the bottom set. My next step is a lawyer.
Amazing staff! Everyone did a great job ???? I was a walk-in with a broken denture and i was seen immediately. ! Sharon got me the most insurance benefits possible. I walked out with a perfectly repaired denture. Bravo ????
