Cannot say enough good about these ppl from the receptionist to the dr and everything in between EVERYONE!!! So truly carrying and professional! This was my second visit had to have a tooth pulled they made sure the room was sterile!!!! That has never happened in my experience with dentist! Dr Cook even called me personally on a Sunday to see if I was ok!!! I’m a retired nurse and trust me this is unheard of! She was so gentle and patient I couldn’t believe she had pulled it! She gave me a mouth rinse that helped it heal sooo quick! The lady in the financial office was very helpful in payment options for continued work I need performed! Like I said EVERYONE treated me so good AND did exceptional work! These ppl feel like family already! on my second visit I did not have the chest tightness and shortness of breath feeling like I needed a nerve pill just to get through the front door that I have ALWAYS had when going to the dentist! Like I said I CANNOT say enough about them!

I recently had a great experience at my dentist's office. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. The dentist was thorough in explaining my treatment options and answered all my questions. During the procedure, they were gentle and made sure I was comfortable. I appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend this dentist office to all.

Unfortunately, I had a dental emergency. Remembered a co-worker sharing about her dental experience with Dr. Cook. First, the customer service in the front of the office was superb. Second, the dental assistant was so patient with me. I had forgotten my glasses. So, we filled out the forms together. Love her for that. Then Dr. Cook comes in, there really are no words other very gentle and she announced everything she was doing before she touched my teeth. Dr. Cook will not only make you smile, she'll be smiling through the whole procedure. Go, check them out I'm really glad I did.????????
