I walked in for my appointment this morning thinking I was getting my teeth cleaned to find out this place discriminates and is ageist. The lady at the front desk told me that they no longer take adult Medicaid right before my appointment was suppose to start. I told her that’s weird since my insurance refurl them as a place that took my insurance. She said they have bothered to update the insurance companies yet. Then I said that I had filled out a bunch of personal information paper work out on there website for this appointment that required me to give my insurance information more than once and one of those time was a drop-down box with my insurance making me think they took it for sure. All she could say was they haven’t updated their website and they don’t check the clints paper work before appointments. At this point I’m so upset about their negligent and wasting my time for taking of work for this. She said that they could charge me a low first-time appointment fee and set me u

My experience hasn’t been good. I’ve been with them for a year and every time it’s time for me to pay for my braces no one answers the phone or get back to me. I just found out due to life happening and them not answering they are charging me 1,750 dollars for my past payment I have no problem paying but they are charging me a thousand to get my braces removed. I’m not paying that . They canceled my appointment and they didn’t tell me so they considered it as me missing my appointment. I’ve haven’t scheduled because they told me if I don’t pay my bill they wouldn’t be able to see me so in all of this they are charging me lots of money for something I have no control over . They aren’t helpful and whoever I was on the phone with today was extremely unprofessional and wasn’t helpful at all.

Most professional dentist in KCMO I could find that accepts Medicaid. What a relief! Thank you so much for your services! I feel great about taking my children here.
