The Smilist Dental Woodside

I was really happy with their services at first! They helped me when I had a bit of bad luck and needed root canals, even after my insurance ran out we worked out payment plans . Not long after I had the canals I felt pain, and a lump, after inquiring about it. I was told it's just "bone". I went to get a second opinion and turns out two out of three root canals failed, and I have bone loss. Went to the smilist and they said they can't fix it and the doctor who did the procedure is no longer with us. Anywho it was a nice 5k bill to get everything fixed. I reached out numerous times to see if there was any way they could help me or even send me receipts of work done for insurance purposes, and they never got back to me. I feel very betrayed that they refused to acknowledge my discomfort, don't offer any alternative, don't respond to messages, but then send me a "happy birthday, don't forget to come back" message.

I just received a call to cancel tomorrow's appointment. This is the 4th cancellation. They do not have a dentist available on Fridays is today's excuse.
