The Super Dentists

CHECK YOUR BILL. DO NOT ASSUME THEY ARE CORRECT. my $50 deductible was ADDED to the total amount of services rendered. When the staff was questioned why it was added they said it was something I had to pay in addition to the services and that the money goes to the insurance company. I looked on my insurance company website and it states that the $50 deductible should be applied towards the charges of the dental service. My deductible should have been deducted from the dental service fee not added to. Billing girl in the office was rude and seemed to intentionally make me wait long because I inconvenienced her. Emailed Scarlet Thomas on Jan 18th because the person in billing ADDED the deductible on top of the service bill amount instead of DEDUCTING it from the total amount. They even added the next scheduled visit to the bill even though those services were not rendered yet. Luckily I caught that and had them remove it at the office before leaving. Today's experience was better than last time. The doctor from a few weeks ago was just rude. She ignored me from the moment she stepped in the room and only spoke to her assistant. When she finished she just went past by me and left. Today, there was a different doctor who greeted us as soon as she went in the room and treated my boys with such patience. She answered all of my questions and didn't seem rushed at all. She made sure to explain to my boys whatever answer anf info. she was giving me. I am so sad I didn't ask for her name.

The super dentist employees were all so nice . My daughter had such a good experience! We love the super dentist
