I have been a patient as well as my 2 children and cannot say enough good things about Dr Jeff and the entire staff! Always a pleasant experience and everyone treats us with respect. We actually enjoy our visits and will miss seeing everyone when treatment is complete on my daughter...if you are looking for Orthodontist- this is the BEST place to be!!

Dr Jeffrey Thompson loves what he does and is extremely knowledgeable. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Thompson and his staff are very professional, friendly, the office is super clean, the front desk woman is very effecient and I'm terrible with names sorry, they see my daughter whenever she has a problem at one of his two offices, Dr. Thompson gives the parents his home cell. phone number and we are instructed to call anytime we don't know if something is normal or not. I have called several times at the beginning! Braces on upper and lower are a new program for us and we really shopped around with asking different orthodont doctors what they thought was wrong inside her mouth. Dr. Thompson was straight up with what the problem was, the cost, and what he WILL achieve when her teeth, alignment, TMG, and soon a chain put on her upper tooth that is traveling up to her nasal cavity instead of down! Geez who would think this is real that our daughter needs a button on the roof of her mouth so it can be opened and the chain at the end of the tooth can be gently pulled back down....We s
