Thyme Dental Care

Thyme Dental Care has provided me with dental care for over three years now. Last week, I had to have a replacement for an old crown. I was treated with care, respect, and a desire to make the procedure comfortable. Also, the dental hygienist was excellent and explained how to improve my personal dental hygiene. The professional who takes care of insurance questions and welcomes you into the office was simply outstanding. She makes you feel at home immediately. She put me at ease and is a caring person. I highly recommend Thyme Dental Care.

I saw both Dr. Park and Dr. Lee. Both very detail oriented and great with their communication. Currently going through invisalign treatment with Dr. Lee, and I could not imagine a better doctor to do this with. She is excellent in every aspect and I would hands down recommend her to my closest friends and family if they are looking for a dentist. Staff members at the office are also on par with the doctors. Everyone is super kind and does their job flawlessly. I will continue to come here for my dental care as long as I live in NYC.

Every single person had topnotch communication skills and radiated competence - telephone receptionist, counter receptionist, assistant - and Dr. Lee quickly used the office's "space-age" 3D to explain the complexity of my teeth situation. The online onboarding process was clean and organized and altogether impressive.
