Take your business elsewhere. I used to love and highly recommend this place to all my friends, but the last year it has gone completely downhill. First, two friends I referred had terrible experiences. One went last month and said the hygienist scrapped nearly all the enamel off her teeth. The other friend was told she had multiple spots she needed fillings which had a hefty price tag. She decided to get a second opinion at a highly rated dentist and they informed her she did not need fillings at all (ironically there is another review that mentions they had the same experience). Furthermore, she got a surprise bill in the mail for extra charges from Morehart. My friend insisted they tell her upfront how much the one appointment with services was going to be with her insurance. But they added additional charges which they never made her aware of. Myself and my 2 children have been coming to Moreharts office for probably 8-9years. I have recommended Morehart to many friends and neighbors in that time as I live close by. In that time I have never had a problem with Dr Morehart, have watched go through neck and back problems, her dad sub in, heard about her recovery and getting active again, etc… However, her office staff has continuously changed over the years and I have had issue with them, specifically around insurance and billing, but do to liking Morehart stuck with her. I hadnt been in while because of covid, havent been to a dentist at all, but got my kids in once they were vaxxed. My son got older, became an adult and continued to go there. Well…. I sadly have had the final straw with Morehart’s staff. Today I called and talked to Kayla, I had called to talk to her before about a bill for me and a bill for my son. At that time she said my account was all paid up and my son had around 400 dollars outstanding due to insuranc

When I came to Dr Morehart my dental hygiene was horrible. I was terrified of dental work therefore I waited until things became unbearable. I'd been to 3 different dentist before being referred to Dr. Morehart. My first visit with her was so different than anywhere I'd been before. I cried ALOT because of anxiety. She was so very patient, gentle and understanding. She took her time with me,explaining exactly what was going on and what was most important for us to start with. My mouth was a total mess, I had SO much work to do and financially couldn't afford to do everything at one time, so we worked on a plan of action that allowed me to get the necessary treatment done in steps. It took me several visits over 4 years to get everything completed. My mouth was finally healthy again she celebrated with me. It WAS a JOURNEY! Lots of tears on my end and such gentle kindness on hers. For the first time in 40 years I felt confident and proud of my smile. Highly recommend !
