Todays Dental West Columbia

I must say I was excited to learn of this facility because they took my insurance. The receptionist was wonderful. The two hygienists were super as well. (Shout out to AJ & Jazz) The problem was the DENTIST! He was very condescending!! Huh??!! I know right. He spoke down to the hygienist that served my daughter, who by the way was very uneasy about the visit. He did this in front of us and then did it again toward her in front of another hygienist as I watched in disapproval. He asked me if my daughter was "compromised"!?!? This was after my son over heard him telling another assistant that she (my daughter) was going to have to get over being unsettled about the visit!! What really did it for me is when my daughter said she needed to spit and this crass old man told her to swallow it! I was appalled and told him SHE WILL NOT SWALLOW it. You will give her the suction mechanism or a cup of water to rinse her mouth. Now, all of a sudden HE is offended!!! He complied! But he won't ever

By far the best experience. must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who made us feel at ease right away. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of magazines and a TV to keep us entertained while we waited. The dental assistants were also very courteous and attentive, taking the time to explain the cleaning process and answer any questions we had. When it was time for our cleaning, the dentist was very gentle and thorough, making sure that we were comfortable throughout the entire process. The dental hygienist was also very skilled and thorough cleaning our teeth. What really stood out to me, however, was the level of care and attention that the dentist showed towards my husband and me. They took the time to talk to us about our oral health and provide us with personalized recommendations for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Overall, I would highly recomm

I believe I have finally found MY Dentist office. Yes getting a cleaning or extra dental work is nerve wrecking but I had the Best experience!! They were gentle and very caring about my Dental Care.. Dena really went above and beyond!!
