I can’t recommend Dr. Abbey and her amazing staff enough! We had been preparing my 2 year old all month and telling her all about the dentist. When we got there, Dr. Abbey had me sit in the chair and my daughter on my lap. Dr. Abbey showed my little girl the mirror she was going to use to look in her mouth and counted her fingers with the mirror first to get her comfortable with it. Then she counted the teeth aloud with her to keep her happy and occupied. She kept my baby girl comfortable and happy the entire time. It was a no-tears visit!!! In and out very quickly but I could tell Dr. Abbey did a thorough job. Can’t wait for her next appointment! Thank you, Dr. Abbey!!

The dentists and hygienists are great! The front desk is a different story. It seems like they have new people every time we go, and none of them ever seem to know how to do their job. We’re always billed an arbitrary amount at checkout and then also sent a bill, or billed at our next appointment for the prior appointment. No one at the desk can ever tell me why. When we are billed (after paying at checkout) the link they send to collect payment never works. We were told we had an appointment on February second, and then got a text asking to confirm an appointment for Jan 18th. If Dr. abbey and the hygienists weren’t so great, and the location wasn’t as convenient for us we’d have left long ago.

Dr.Jake is best orthodontist in Chestnut Hill. I am approaching my 2 year anniversary of my braces!! Getting braces as an adult can be scary. Honestly Dr. Jake is friendly, kind and encouraging. I look forward to my visits. Best staff as well! Looking to the remaining transformation of my teeth. Miracle work of beautiful smiles.
