I've been taking my boys here for years always excellent service! Staff is always friendly and helpful dr. Is professional very informative friendly will answer all your questions. They have payment plans they work with you. I'm so grateful I found them

Front office staff can be very rude, ortho in particular. Went in today and signed my daughter in for her appointment. I wasn’t greeted at all with a hello or hi. The lady just sat there looking and handed me a clip board afterwards and said, “here you go”. I’ve had problems with them scheduling treatment for my other daughter as well. They didn’t verify insurance and wanted to cancel my appointment after I’d taken off work and driven all the way there saying they left a voicemail. I had just spoken to a staff member and they verified my appointment, no mention of a need to cancel. The manager, Angela, should practice customer service etiquette and value every customer that comes in and treat them with respect instead of attempting to undermine them by reciting false information. Employees should be knowledgeable of the patient’s current account status prior to any discussion with the customer. Very distasteful
