Town Center Dental Group

I have been going to this practice since 2016. I was initially very happy with the dentist and the services provided. However, there has been quite a bit of dentist turnover the past few years. I now feel as though I am being upsold at every visit. My trust and confidence in the new dentist and the team is low. A recent recommendation from the dentist (that I did not agree with) prompted me to get a second opinion elsewhere. I requested my records be sent to another dental office - when I arrived, I learned Town Center Dental sent x-rays from 2019 (my last set of x-rays were taken end of 2022) and the specific tooth I was getting a second opinion on was split between 2 x-ray pictures. Unprofessional, but very fitting for them based on my experience the past few years. For a general cleaning they will be fine, however, if you want a dental team you can trust, then I would not recommend.

A billing nightmare. I had a root canal done in Nov 2018. Dr. Lueck referred me to Dr. Avant (Midtown Dental) to do the root canal. Both dentists did good work and I have no issues with them. My issue is with billing. I kept being told different prices for the work. Once those issues were resolved. They had me apply for a dental credit card. I was approved. I paid the balances for both offices in full. I tried to pay off the dental credit card balance early but they advised I would still be responsible for the same amount of interest as if I paid it in 12 months. That made no sense to me so I made monthly payments to them for 12 months. Although I paid every cent owed, Town Center and Midtown Dental sent my account to collections. I have been calling them for years trying to get my account out of collections. Everyone I speak to assures me this was done in error and they will get it taken care of. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist.. until now. Both appointments so far were on time and everyone was friendly. I got to watch TV with ear phones while getting a procedure done. And the best part for someone with anxiety, it doesn't smell like a dentist office, but lavender instead. I highly recommend going here.
