Towncare Dental Associates of Cape Coral

Kid you not, I've been trying to schedule a very simple appointment here for two days. I need to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed. I've sent my referral and pano X-rays to this office three times. I explained that my dental insurance isn't great and that I planned to call my insurance to check coverage. However, at the end of the day, I just wanted an appointment and was willing to pay out of pocket for whatever the cost might be. I reiterated my situation three to four times over a two-day period. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not helpful and, to be honest, was super rude and uninformed about my straightforward situation.

Dr. Elia is very gentle and kind. She made me feel super comfortable. I told he I was terrified of dentists due to bad past experiences. She listened, explained everything and was very gente. Very good experience. I'd recommend her to my friends and family.

I had a crown done. The dentist and assistants were excellent. Previously, I have had an appointment time changed twice, without consulting me. I was not happy about that and neither was another man that had his unexpectly changed as well. I'm very happy with the crown. The dentist was super fussy and it's perfect. Thank you.
