Yes, believe the bad reviews!! This place is NOT affordable and NOT worth the money. I had my doubts because the place has 4 stars overall, but many of the good reviews are years old or they're so vague that they just have to be fake. Look at their profiles- many only have 1 or 2 short reviews. Clearly paid accounts. My experience with towncare dental was a nightmare. I went in for my Wisdom teeth. I had my initial consultation and right away noticed how unprofessional staff is. The assistant hardly spoke english (but he was very nice), and I thought it was weird he stood next to me for my X-ray. They're not supposed to (radiation). So clearly staff doesn't really know what they're doing. On top of that is the price they quoted me for wisdom teeth removal. Pictures attached because it's an absolute scam. Note the "heavy discount" they applied, making the outrageous $10k surgery look reasonable at $5k. Then, they coded it wrong (4 impacted teeth, not 2) and added on all these extra char

Terrible experience and service. Doctor is extremely rude and dismissive of any concerns you bring to him. He’s extremely quick to shut down and disagree with anything you say, very judge mental as well. On a previous visit, i was told i had 7 cavities. I went to a separate dentist for a second opinion and asked if they noticed any cavities after. Not a single one! If you’re looking for somewhere trustworthy and not after your money, this is not the place!
