There are so many reasons why I love going to my orthodontist appointments. Not only is the staff amazing, I love seeing the incredible results that Dr. Trapnell and his team have given me! Being an older patient, I wasn't sure of the experience I was going to have but it's nice to see that Dr. Trapnell works with people from all ages. I've recommended friends, family, and clients of my own to go to Trapnell Orthodontics if they want to gain back confidence in their smile!
Dr. Trapnell is one of the best clinicians and an amazing Orthodontist! My teeth and bite feel amazing! I have been through two other providers and because of my case it was just not able to get in a good place. Dr. Trapnell was able to finish my case and I am so happy with the results! I am a dentist and have referred to him for years. Patients always feel cared for and come back letting me know it was a great experience! Dr. Trapnell is the best! His office is amazing and so kind and helpful. Janelle at the front is phenomenal! I would give six stars if I could! I couldn’t refer Trapnell Orthodontics more.
We have now taken three of our children to Dr. Jeff Trapnell in Provo. He and his office are THE BEST! Our daughter was the first to get braces in their office six years ago. The timing for her braces was tricky because we only had 17 months before we would be leaving the country for 8 months. We talked to several orthodontists and some recommended waiting for two years or doing two phases of braces if her teeth weren't corrected before we left the country. Dr. Trapnell said that he thought her treatment could probably be done in that timeframe, but, if not, he would take them off and put them on again after we got back with no additional cost. We have a large family and going out of the country for my husband's work was already stretching our budget. It was such a relief to know that she could get her braces at the right time and that it would fit into our budget. In the end, she finished her treatment before we left and just had to have retainers during our time out of the country.
