Dr. Smith was nice at first but then began to make inappropriate and negative remarks about my child. At one point, he held my child down physically to do a procedure and that was the last straw. He traumatized my child. I prepaid in full and he will only give me a back less than half of what I paid. I recommend avoiding this practitioner.

2 weeks until I can see the orthodontist after records got taken became "you get a vague email in 2+ weeks only other orthodontists would understand and then you have to schedule your own appointment after that anyway, that's by the way, a further 2 weeks away" Hate being mislead and I hate people wasting my time. Do not recommend.

I myself have had such a great experience with all the staff here as a patient that it motivated me to attend Dental Assisting school. I now have both of my children in treatment with Dr. Smith as well. Can not say enough about how all the staff members make you feel like you are part of their family each time you are in for a visit.
