Tropic Dental, Nikola Goranov, DMD

I cannot say enough positive things about my experiences at Tropic Dental. Doctor Nikola Goranov and his team consisting of Joanne, Susie, and Nancy are highly skilled, efficient, professional, and personable. Recently, I was nervous about having a dental implant. The entire team assured me that the procedure was not nearly as bad as it sounds. They addressed every concern that I had and explained the procedure in detail as we went along. It turned out to be not bad at all. If you're in the market for a new dental office, give Tropic Dental a try. You won't be disappointed.

Went in to have a tooth filled. Dr. Goranov filled the wrong tooth!!!! Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. After I informed Dr. Goranov's staff about the mistake, I was told that he is "too busy and doesn't have time to speak with me." After I left his office, Dr. Goranov called me and had the audacity to state that he is the doctor and that he filled the correct tooth. After discussing the situation, however, he offered to fill the correct tooth. As I lost my confidence in his work, I chose not to go back and requested an invoice and full refund. Three weeks have passed, and I have not received an invoice or refund. I would not recommend his services to anyone due to his incompetent staff.

I actually enjoy going to Tropic Dental. How many people feel the same way about going to their dentists? Everyone, who works there, maintains a constant level of excellence. The care begins at the front desk. Nancy is extremely knowledgeable concerning appointments, billing, and most importantly, working with people's insurance companies to get the maximum benefits allowed to them. Dr.Goranov is an undeniably consummate expert in his field and is driven by a total commitment to all of his patients. Joanne, the dental assistant, is a perfect complement to Dr. Goranov's methods of dentistry. The dental hygienist is wonderful, as well. The office runs efficiently, professionally, and seamlessly. I am continually indebted and thankful for the level of excellence I personally receive every time I come in for an appointment, call with questions and/or concerns, or have a procedure done.
