I brought my daughter to this dentist on a referral from her regular doctor. Twice now they gave me wrong times for her appointments and I had to reschedule them. When I told the receptionist I was given a different time and asked why I was given the wrong time she just sat there and stared at me and my daughter silently. No apology, no "let me see what I can do", nothing. Just staring at us blankly and made me reschedule my daughter's appointment again. They have no customer service skills at all and are very very rude.
Got a emergency extraction done on my COMPLICATED wisdom tooth no insurance the doctor jumped to it kinda like she had a adrenaline rush for extractions lol but after the payment she took about 20 mins to get it out thank you so much
It was very nice the ladies at the front desk were nice the young lady that took care of me was very nice and patient and took her time. The doctor was very nice I will continue to go to True Dental ????
